Subway

Subway was looking for a new digital agency to create their CRM email campaigns. We were looking to do more than that.

 

We wanted to reinvent the way they communicated with their customers and rewards members. We walked in the room, gave them the song and dance (literally singing and dancing ensued), and we won the business. We re-envisioned how they viewed emails, bringing our expertise in social, and digital marketing to drive fun, new campaign ideas that evolved how Subway interacted with their customers. From there, we extended our thinking beyond just emails, pitching big ideas in all-agency meetings and driving our work across all their communications.
